A symbolic interpretation peering through the looking glass of time. At the center a labyrinth where the Minotaur resides. It is said he represents the entire zone of violence. Even though we have moved beyond ancient times the echoes of the past are still heard in the present. As violence continues to spiral upon the land.

About Susan Esbensen
Deep within my spirit lies the need to express myself. Through my art I am able to continue this process and strive for ways to improve my craft. My paintings are a contemporary fusion. I allow them to go in a number of directions from loose, to a more representational style.
