Description
A tribute painting to Philomena and Priscilla who were eventually 'outfoxed' by the' Wiley Fox'.
On this day, united, they stared down, and shouted at the fox. Sarge, horse on patrol, alerted me in the barn that there was a major siege under way outside.
Much like the Agatha Christie novel, 'Ten Little Indians," over the years my ten guinea hens have been picked off one by one. 'Two little "guinea hens" sitting in the sun', along came the fox. Now only Laverne remains. The last surviving guinea hen that has found shelter with the rooster and the chickens.
I have taken artistic license and created an imagined landscape...

Oh, oh! I must close my eyes as I can well imagine what happens next, Susan. Lovely and beautiful work of art! FAV!
Susan Esbensen replied:
Thank you Reynold! Let's suffice to say, that the script played out much like Agatha Christie's, "10 Little Indians." Except, there is one remaining, instead of none!
