Looking and commenting once again. Love the textures and the deeply put emotions in this circus scene Susan. You no doubt have an emotional tie with and love the circus. F/L

Jerry, is so right, this work really brings back childhood memories, and for me, being in Madison Square Garden. I saw elephants in the Bronx Zoo and then in the Garden, what a contrast. The looseness of the paint really makes you believe that the elephants are moving and performing. And your Title is the iceing on the top.Your animals and figures have vitality with drama and fire.FAVL

Always a kind of nostalgic, melencholy feeling when an iconic institution, event, story ends its run, Susan. I get that feeling looking at this. Hopefully all the elephants will live out the rest of their lives in a more natural environment that they can enjoy...all the rest of the animals as well. For people and performers, hopefully a new chapter in their lives! Always enjoy your minimalist work, simple suggestion and indication and let our imagination take over as so many masters over time have!....fav / like

Wow Jerry! An incredible comment! I am honored. Thank you! I believe all the elephants have already gone to a sanctuary. I worked for a shipping company years ago that transported a baby elephant to different photo shoots, events etc. It was a memorable experience. Especially when the handler left me with her when his camels over at Radio City Music Hall were acting up and he had to leave and help out! :)
