Description
The Circus has come to town.
The horses circle around.
The Clowns take a sneak peak,
At the Dream Matrix, before its reality is complete.
Outside the the tent,
The ringmaster is heard.
"Ladies and Gentlemen, kids of all ages.
Step right up.
Come one, Come all."
The presence of exhilaration is near!
Tonight is the night.
Magic will take full flight.
Memories will be made for all to see.
The children especially, will have fun, and clap with glee.
Finally, the dazzling lights dim.
The tent empties.
The animals are bedded down.
The clowns remove their painted masks.
Wayward, and onward, unseen forces course.
In the morning the laughing wind,
Carries,
The circus and its magic on silken sails.
As it journeys, across the land.

Congratulations on your feature, Susan. I really love the 'Travelling Circus' for its emotive quality. The sense of enclosure, the heat, the submissive horses and the opening with the awaiting performer all add to the real feelings of this viewer.
