This painting is based on the view I observed while waiting for my hay man. I brought my camera along and took several shots. The old truck was located in another area on the farm and the barn to the left was metal, not wood.
About Susan Esbensen
Deep within my spirit lies the need to express myself. Through my art I am able to continue this process and strive for ways to improve my craft. My paintings are a contemporary fusion. I allow them to go in a number of directions from loose, to a more representational style. Not easily classified, my art embodies aspects of Abstract, Expressionism, Impressionism, Symbolism, and Surrealism. A true reflection of my own multi-dimensional nature.
